Legal Representation7.1 BPI has negotiated with a nominated lawyer in the country of the development to act on behalf of the purchasers in order to facilitate the ease of the transaction for the purchaser and to ensure that the appropriate paperwork and legal process is adhered to and to provide that the legal documentation can be translated to English. Any purchaser agreeing to purchase a property through BPI is recommended to use the nominated lawyer. BPI will always do its utmost to ensure that the nominated lawyer is reliable and trustworthy but BPI cannot, however, be held responsible for the advice given by the nominated lawyer to a purchaser.
