The concrete structure and ceramic floorings will provide a high level of sound-proofing and the specially designed roof will provide excellent air-circulation to ensure the apartments remain permanently cool.Air conditioning is not required as there is a permanent sea breeze and while temperatures exceed 30 centigrade during the high season(Dec to April) the evenings remain cool and breezy.If a buyer however wishes to instal an airconditioning unit/s this can be arranged at an extra cost.
